The Director of Pharmacy will lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising services in alignment with hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with hospital leadership to implement innovative pharmacy practices, supported by proprietary CPS software, a dedicated support team including experts in operations, clinical, and regulatory as well as a CPS Area Director or Senior Vice President.
Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 40 hours a week primarily daytime hours. The position may be required to work some extended hours which may include some evenings and weekends as business necessitates.
About the Facility: West Oaks Hospital provides a full continuum of integrated services to meet the needs of patients suffering from mental illness and/or chemical dependency problems. West Oaks Hospital is a fully accredited 160-bed acute care facility, also with a 16-bed adult chemical dependency residential facility (substance abuse treatment), dedicated to providing quality psychiatric care. West Oaks Hospital offers a broad range of inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services for children, adolescents, and adults.
About the Pharmacy: The pharmacy utilizes HCS Clinical and Omnicell. The Pharmacy is open M-F 8:00am – 7:00pm, Sat and Sun 8:00am – 2:30pm.

Required Qualifications:
- ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD)
- Active applicable state Pharmacist license in good standing
- 5+ years of experience as a pharmacist
- 2+ years of pharmacy management experience
- Knowledge of pharmacology and pharmacokinetics as it relates to psychiatric medicine
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
